I bought *insert clothing / skin / tattoo name* and the Omega applier is not working
I'm sorry, it appears you've mistaken Chellynne Bailey for the creator of your clothing / skin / Tattoo item.
Being the creator of the Omega Applier System, Chelly's name shows up on many many appliers.
To find the actual creator, return to the location of your purchase, or examine the actual system layers!

They respond to any applier used near them. Try your applier there, and if it doesn't work, let the creator / merchant know!
If it does work, there is likely something wrong on your end. If you've never used an Omega Applier before, it may be you've not correctly installed Omega or are not wearing any required relay. If you have used Omega before, check to make sure your clothing layers are turned on.
